Xbajer's VIP system is fully automatic. There's no separate application — just keep playing and accumulating points.
When you create a new account at Xbajer, you're automatically enrolled at the Bronze tier.
Your monthly bet volume is calculated based on every valid bet placed. Bets across Sports, Casino, Fishing — all game types count.
If your bet volume by the end of the month meets the threshold for the next tier, your new benefits will kick in from the start of the following month.
At every tier, you'll enjoy cashback, bonuses, and manager support. You can check your current tier and progress anytime on the dashboard.
Your tier stays active as long as you maintain the minimum monthly bet volume. A one-month grace period applies before any tier downgrade.

Important: Moving beyond the Platinum tier may require you to contact customer support. Your dedicated manager will be on hand to guide you through the process.
On most online betting platforms, a VIP program means little more than a few extra bonuses — but Xbajer's VIP system is built around a different philosophy. The higher you climb, the more you'll genuinely feel that the platform values you as a player.
The dedicated manager you get from the Platinum tier doesn't just handle problems — they learn your playing habits and preferences to craft personalised offers. If cricket betting is your thing, you could get special odds boosts for IPL or Bangladesh matches. And if you're a Live Casino fan, exclusive invitations to live baccarat tournaments may come your way.
This kind of personalised attention is genuinely rare in Bangladesh's betting market. Most major platforms treat everyone the same, but Xbajer sees VIP members as individuals.
The most attractive feature of the Xbajer VIP Program is the weekly cashback. It starts at 3% at the Bronze tier and goes up to 25% at the Diamond tier. There are no wagering requirements on this cashback — meaning you can withdraw it directly to bKash or Nagad.
Here's a real example. Say you wager a total of ৳50,000 in a week and end up with a net loss of ৳8,000. At the Gold tier, an 8% cashback means you get ৳640 back — no strings attached. It may seem small, but month after month, it adds up to something quite significant.
A 25% cashback rate at the Diamond tier means getting ৳2,000 back in the same scenario. That's exactly why regular players work hard to maintain their VIP status.
At Xbajer, members from the Gold tier upwards can enter exclusive VIP Tournaments. These aren't your typical leaderboard competitions — participation is limited, which means your chances of winning are much better.
At least two VIP-exclusive tournaments are held every month — one Sports Betting-based and one focused on Live Casino or slots. Invitations are sent via email or SMS. Prizes include cash bonuses, free spin packages, and occasionally special gifts.
During major festivals like Eid and Pohela Boishakh, special events are organized exclusively for VIP members — and that's when the prize pool is at its highest.
As you climb the VIP tiers at Xbajer, responsible gaming becomes all the more important. A high bet volume doesn't have to mean high risk — it's an opportunity to understand when to step back.
Xbajer makes deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools easily accessible for VIP members. Your dedicated manager can also offer guidance on these features whenever needed. Higher-tier members have an additional option — setting a monthly bet limit, which you can configure yourself.
Play for the fun of it — and keep it that way. Xbajer wants its VIP members to enjoy the game sustainably over the long run, without running into sudden heavy losses.
Hear directly from Xbajer VIP members about their experience with the program, in their own words.
"Since reaching Gold, I've genuinely felt the difference. Playing at the high-limit baccarat table is a whole different experience. And the 8% weekly cashback means a solid amount comes back at the end of the month — that perk at xbajer is really worth it."
"Ever since getting a dedicated manager at the Platinum tier, using xbajer has become so much smoother. Whenever I run into an issue, I message my manager directly and it's sorted within five minutes. Withdrawals are just as quick."
"During Eid, xbajer surprised me with a special gift package — packed with bonuses and free spins. I wasn't expecting it at all. It's these little surprises at the Elite tier that make the membership genuinely enjoyable."
